Thomas Millward

Thomas Millward (Novartis) leads a group responsible for the development, validation and transfer of bioassays to support late phase clinical development and commercialization of biologics. The team also performs routine sample analyses, both for process development and for release/stability testing under GMP. In addition to bioassays, the team is responsible for the development of immunoassays and LC-MS-based methods to quantify and identify host cell proteins, as well as for Biacore analyses for product characterization. Thomas is based in Basel, Switzerland.
