William Zolla

William obtained his Bachelor's Degree of Science in Biology from Northeastern University in 2010 and has accrued over 10-years of hands-on experience developing analytical assays. He joined the Analytical Development group at Dimension Therapeutics, now Ultragenyx Gene Therapy, in 2014. He has since specialized in the development of characterization assays for AAV gene therapy products, including Phase I, II, and III molecular, biophysical, and cell-based platform methods. His current area of focus is in developing product-specific functional potency assays for late-stage programs, as well as the qualification and transfer of a platform potency method.
