Bhavin Parekh

Dr. Bhavin Parekh received his Ph.D in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from the University of California at Irvine followed by a postdoctoral fellowship in Molecular and Cell Biology from Harvard University. Dr. Parekh has been in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry for over 21 years and is currently a Senior Research Advisor and Bioassay group leader at Eli Lilly and Company. He leads a group of scientists in the development of cell-based bioassays and non-cell based assays to support potency testing of Lilly’s bioproduct portfolio.
