Hannah Maheno

Hannah Maheno received her B.Sc. at UMass Amherst. Post undergraduate school, Hannah worked for Genzyme (Framingham, MA) with a focus on performing release and characterization testing of biologics. Hannah moved to bluebird bio (Cambridge, MA), and concentrated on the development of gene therapy products as a lentiviral vector process development associate. She received a M.Sc. degree in Biotechnology from Worcester State University while working full-time. Hannah is currently part of the Analytical Development group of Sanofi Biologics Development (Framingham, MA), leading initiatives to develop bioassays and manage the analytical transfer of methods to advance internal gene therapy analytical paradigms.
