Yan earned a Ph.D. degree in analytical chemistry at National University of Singapore and joined Pfizer as a Principal Scientist in 2005, and is currently an Associate Research Fellow in the Analytical R & D department. He mainly works on the evaluation of new analytical technology, development of HPLC and CE methods in the analysis and characterization of mAb, ADC, vaccine, gene therapy products, etc. Yan has nearly 30 peer-reviewed publications on the development and application of GC, HPLC and CE methods in environmental, biochemical and particularly biopharmaceutical analysis.
