Eleanor leads the Purification and CE team in Amgen Thousand Oaks Rapid Analytics (ATO RA) group. In this role, she manages a team who runs routine purification and CE testing needed for product quality attributes, to provide analytical support for pipeline advancement. Her analytical experience includes method development and transfers of LC and CE assays, from the development labs to the QC labs. She has also contributed to the IND and BLA filings in some of the Amgen molecules. She is currently one of the Co-Leads of Amgen CE Users Group and is involved with several automation platform initiatives in Process Development.
