Xiaoping Z. He is a senior scientist with the Dept. of Analytical R & D, Biotherapeutics Pharm Science Division of Pfizer Inc. Xiaoping was one of the pioneers in the application of imaged capillary electrophoresis (iCE) technology in Pharmaceutical industry. She has been developing and establishing methodology in utilizing iCE to determine charge heterogeneity of monoclonal antibodies and other Biotherapeutic modalities.
