Paul Faya

Paul is a statistician supporting early to late-phase development of biologics products for Eli Lilly and Company. His work has focused on bioassay method optimization and control strategies as well as potency assignment for reference standards. Previously he spent four years with Allergan in the role of statistical and quality engineer. Paul holds a Ph.D. in Statistics as well as an MBA from Baylor University.
