Nolan Polson

Dr. Nolan Polson is a Senior Director, Head of Global Product Quality of Cellular Therapies at Bristol-Myers Squibb where he leads a team of Quality professionals with direct Quality oversight of early phase, late phase, and commercial Cell Therapy programs including the recently approved Breyanzi and Abecma programs. He is an experienced Quality professional with extensive experience providing leadership, strategy, and technical oversight to cross-functional teams including process development, analytical development, manufacturing sciences and technology, quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and global operations in support of commercialization efforts for large molecules and cellular therapies to global markets.

His prior work experience at Janssen Therapeutics as CMC Leader and Amgen Inc. as a Global Product Quality Leader have brought a unique blend of CMC operational skills that partner well with a Quality and compliance skill-set to support overall clinical development and commercialization. He has been involved in numerous clinical and commercial programs and has leveraged his experience to drive strategic planning and execution in numerous biologics and cell therapy filings spanning the range of FIH clinical submissions to commercial filings and approvals, as well as numerous post-approval submissions.
