Martin Nemec

Martin Nemec is a Senior Biologist/Evaluator at the Cell, Gene Therapies, and Radiopharmaceuticals Division in Health Canada's Biologic and Radiopharmaceutical Drugs Directorate. He received B.Sc. (Honours) in Biochemistry and Biotechnology from the University of Ottawa, and subsequently a Ph.D. degree in Immunology from the University of Glasgow, Scotland. In 2001, he joined the ranks of Health Canada reviewers responsible for the evaluation of Quality data submitted in support of clinical study and marketing authorization applications for monoclonal antibodies and gene therapies.
