KR Poudel

Dr. Raj Poudel is the head of product development at Tune Therapeutics, with a focus on developing epi editing therapies for common and rare diseases. Dr. Poudel completed a Ph.D. in material science engineering from Washington State University with an emphasis on lipid biomimetics. After completing his post doc as an American Heart fellow with an emphasis on membrane remodeling and tumor metastasis, Dr. Poudel joined Juno/Celgene as a scientist in the analytical development department. At Juno/Celgene/BMS, Dr. Poudel provided analytical support for late phase development of Breyanzi and Abecma. Additionally, Dr. Poudel has also contributed to multiple IND applications and led CMC programs in the gene editing space, ultimately heading the genome engineering department at BMS before joining Tune.
