Felix Kuhne

Roche Diagnostics GmbH

Felix studied Molecular Biotechnology at the Technical University of Munich (Germany), focusing on structural dynamics of artificial peptides in the gas phase, and supporting studies on the amyloid precursor protein connected to the Alzheimer’s disease. In 2017, he worked for the Process Virology at Genentech in South San Francisco, to support the establishment of virus clearance high-throughput screening on Capto Adhere multimodal chromatography resin. For his PhD at the University of Muenster (Germany), he investigated (higher-order) structure-function relationships of antibodies and antibody co-formulations. Currently, he supports the pharma technical development analytics department at Roche in Penzberg (Germany) with early technology projects on mass spectrometry approaches for their extended biomolecule characterization.
