During the COVID pandemic lockdown, Dr. Luuk van Oosten joined Janssen Vaccines in January 2021 as a Transfer Scientist. Together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cari Sänger – van de Griend, he is responsible for the implementation of CZE at Janssens COVID vaccine manufacturing sites. Luuk was awarded his Ph.D. by Heidelberg University in the field of pharmacology and biotechnology. Luuk obtained his engineering degree (M.Sc.) in the Life Sciences at the Technical University of Delft.
