Kyle Anderson is a research chemist with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and located at Institute for Bioscience and Biotechnology Research (IBBR) in Rockville, MD. He earned his PhD in Biochemistry from University of Maryland College Park and conducted his doctoral research at NIST. He was awarded a NIST National Research Council postdoctoral research fellowship to develop an automated method for removal of phospholipids from membrane proteins during HDX-MS. His current work focuses on advancing HDX-MS to meet the challenges of characterizing complex biologics in formulations and physiological conditions.
