Isabelle Lequeux

Isabelle has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in multiple roles and leadership positions which have given her a wealth of skills and intelligence in the strategy, change management, facilitation of cross-function and industry-wide teams, with exceptional technical and scientific understanding of the Chemical Manufacturing and Controls activities of our industry. I believe in self-drive, quality and efficiency, the power of collaboration and continuous focus on the patient and my customers. Currently, I successfully lead global and diverse cross-functional regulatory CMC and technical teams on multiple topics for innovation in the manufacture of biologic, as well as pure regulatory CMC teams, establishing regulatory strategies of the future. Her specific interest is to ensure that the CMC regulatory environment and innovation in industry support and complement each other, building on her unique combination of regulatory CMC expertise and sound technical skills. Her passion is to ensure that all patients get access to the best medicine. She is currently the regulatory lead at BioPhorum as well as a global change facilitator.
