Inês Isidro

Inês Isidro is responsible for the Biosystems and Data Science Group at iBET. She holds a PhD in Bioengineering Systems and her current work combines tools from systems biology, omics technologies, computational modelling, machine learning and process analytical technologies to improve ATMP production processes and increase metabolic understanding in animal cell models. Ongoing projects include the development of insect cell-based platforms for production of AAV vectors for gene therapy and the deployment of metabolomic approaches in the establishment of a precision medicine platform for ovarian cancer.
