Hinnerk Saathoff

Hinnerk Saathoff has been with Formycon AG in Munich/Martinsried since 2022, working on the development of biosimilars for ophthalmology and immunology treatments. He is responsible for the analytical characterization of biologics applying capillary electrophoresis and HPLC techniques. His work includes method development, qualification, transfers, and comparability studies. Hinnerk studied biochemistry with a focus on organic chemistry at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. For his PhD, he explored the structural and functional interplay of enzymes applying techniques from structural biology, biochemistry, and biophysics. Following his PhD, he joined Coriolis Pharma, focusing on early-stage liquid formulation development.
