| David Boerema holds a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology where he used chemical protein synthesis and analytics to probe protein structure/function relationships. David has been with CSL Behring in Kankakee, IL for 16 years holding various positions within the Plasma Product Development organization on analytical and innovation-focused teams. Prior to his current role, he spent two years in Philadelphia setting up and running an innovation lab looking to identify breakthrough technologies for the purification of plasma proteins. He is currently the Global Head of Bioanalytical Sciences leading a global development analytics team focused on delivering analytics and analytical strategies to support new product development and commercial product deviation investigations. His team also focuses on identifying and evaluating cutting edge analytical technologies. |
