NIST

Dr. Camille Lombard-Banek is a National Research Council fellow at NIST/IBBR in the laboratory of Dr. John Schiel. She received her Ph.D. from the George Washington University in 2018. Her research has focused on developing mass spectrometry-based proteomic tools to advance measurements to limited sample sizes, down to single cells. She is now applying these principles using SWATH-MS to the analysis of emerging cell and gene therapies.
Camille received multiple awards for her dissertation work. In 2018, she received the American Society for Mass Spectrometry (ASMS) and the International Journal of Mass Spectrometry travel awards. Last year, she was named an emerging talent by ASMS.
