Patrick Chen

Patrick is currently Senior Director, External Manufacturing at Sangamo Therapeutics and responsible for gene and cell therapy manufacturing. He has a BS in Chemical Engineering form UCLA and MBA from Babson College. His past experiences include process development, manufacturing, process engineering, project management, product team leader, tech transfer leader and external/contract manufacturing. He previously worked at Genentech/Roche, Chiron/Novartis, Amgen/Immunex and BASF Bioresearch.
