Seán Barry

Seán Barry is an Executive Pharmaceutical assessor at the Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) and is the Irish alternate member of the Biologics Working Party (BWP) at EMA. He has extensive experience in the quality/CMC assessment of biological medicinal products, including monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins. His regulatory expertise includes evaluation of new product applications, scientific advice and clinical trials. Dr Barry has a degree in genetics from Trinity College Dublin and a PhD in Molecular Biology from University College London.
