Making Connections 

• OPT-IN to the Attendee List to connect with colleagues, friends and make new acquaintances before and during sessions. Please note: You can always opt out, if needed.
• SESSION CHAT features include the ability to have private chats or group chats with other participants within the Event Platform during sessions.
• MOBILE APP will help you stay connected to the program and fellow attendees! Download the Engagefully mobile app on your Apple and Android devices. The app is available to ALL attendees - in-person and virtual. If you cannot download the app for security or other reasons, click the following link to access the mobile app via the HTML5 link on a desktop. You will be asked to verify your email upon clicking the link. Please use the email address associated with your event registration. Once verified, you will be directed into the web version of the app.

How to Launch a Session

Each session opens 15 minutes prior to the start time. To access live streamed session(s) virtually or connect in-person to engage in Q&A, polling, chat and more, go to the Sessions menu and click Join Live Stream, then click the Attend Session Virtually or Attend Session In-Person button for the specific session you want to join. 

Build Your Schedule

Before you attend, we encourage you to visit the My Schedule page to add sessions to customize your itinerary. During the event, navigate to Sessions menu and select "My Schedule" for easy access to your pre-selected sessions with the ability to launch a session.

Access and Download Presenter Slides

To access any available presenter slides, go to the Resources menu and select Speaker Slides. Check back frequently for updated materials. Abstracts are listed within each session/presentation on the Join Live Stream page. 

Exhibitors and Program Partners

We encourage you to visit the Event Details & Supporters page to view the Symposium Program Partners and participating exhibitors. 

Access to On-Demand Recordings

For presentations that have approved recording, you will also have access to the recordings after the events. Recordings will be posted approximately four weeks after the programs conclude. You will receive an email or you can visit https://ondemand.casss.org/, login with your CASSS member credentials and locate the events from the menu.  

System Checker

Before attending the programs virtually or in-person, go to the Support menu and click on System Checker. This will ensure your system is compatible with the livestream platform.

Technical Support

For technical help in preparation for and during the event, go to the Support menu and click on Technical Support.
