Making Connections 

• OPT-IN to the Attendee List to connect with colleagues, friends, and make new acquaintances before and during sessions. Please note: You can always opt out, if needed.
• SESSION CHAT features include the ability to have private chats or group chats with other participants within the Event Platform during sessions.

How to Launch a Session

Each session opens 15 minutes prior to the start time. To access the virtual session(s), click Join Session, then click the Attend Session button for the specific session you want to join. 

Build Your Schedule

Before you attend, we encourage you to visit the My Schedule tab to add sessions to customize your itinerary. During the event, navigate to the "My Schedule" tab for easy access to your pre-selected sessions with the ability to launch a session.

Access and Download Presenter Slides

To access available presenter slides, click the Speaker Slides tab. Check back frequently for updated materials. Abstracts are listed within each session/presentation in the schedule on the Join Session page.

Visit the Event Information & Supporters page to view the Summit Program Partners.

Access to On-Demand Recordings

For sessions that have approved recording, you will also have access to the recordings after the event. Recordings will be posted approximately four weeks after the program concludes. You will receive an email or you can visit https://ondemand.casss.org/, login with your CASSS member credentials and locate the events from the menu.  

System Checker

Before attending the Summit, first click on the System Checker tab on the event page. This will ensure your system is compatible with the virtual platform.
