Making Connections 

  • OPT-IN to the Attendee List to connect with colleagues, friends and make new acquaintances before and during the Forum. Please note: You can always opt out, if needed.
  • CHAT features include the ability to have private chats or group chats with other participants within the Forum Event Platform during sessions.
  • CONNECT with fellow attendees 24/7 during the Forum using the interactive online program features powered by Oxford. Here, you can send messages to the Forum group or private message individual attendees. Create a profile in Oxford and enable all chat notifications to engage in chats. Click here to login to Oxford to get started.

How to Launch a Session

Each session opens 15 minutes prior to the start time. To access the live streamed session(s), click the Session Schedule, then click Attend Session to join. When you access sessions in the virtual player, you will be able to select your preferred language (English or Japanese) for the audio streaming.

Access and Download Presenter Slides

To access any available presenter slides, click the Speaker Slides tab. Check back frequently for updated materials. Abstracts are listed within each session/presentation on the Session Schedule. Click here to access the full scientific program.

Build Your Schedule

Before you attend, we encourage you to visit the My Schedule tab to add sessions to customize your itinerary. During the event, navigate to the "My Schedule" tab for easy access to your pre-selected sessions with the ability to launch a session.

Forum Program Partners

We encourage you to visit the Event Information & Supporters page to view the Forum Program Partners. 

Access to On-Demand Recordings

For sessions that have approved recording, you will also have access to the recordings after the Forum. Recordings will be posted approximately three weeks after the Forum concludes. You will receive an email or you can log back into DigitellInc.com, locate the event under My Account and select the On Demand Sessions page.

System Checker

Before attending the virtual Forum, first click on the System Checker tab on the event page. This will ensure your system is compatible with the livestream platform.
