Making Connections 

  • OPT-IN to the Attendee List to connect with colleagues, friends and make new acquaintances before and during the Symposium. Please note: You can always opt out, if needed.
  • CHAT features include the ability to have private chats or group chats with other participants within the Symposium Event Platform during sessions.
  • CONNECT with fellow attendees 24/7 during the Symposium using the Oxford online program "Attendees" tab. Here, you can send messages to the Symposium group or private message individual attendees. Create a profile in Oxford and enable all chat notifications to engage in chats. Click here to login to Oxford to get started. 

How to Launch a Session

Each session opens 15 minutes prior to the start time. To access live streamed session(s) virtually or connect in-person to engage in Q&A, polling, chat and more, click the Session Schedule, then click the Attend Session Virtually or Attend Session In-Person button to join. 

Access and Download Presenter Slides

To access any available presenter slides, click the Speaker Slides tab. Check back frequently for updated materials. Abstracts are listed within each session/presentation on the Session Schedule.

Build Your Schedule

Before you attend, we encourage you to visit the My Schedule tab to add sessions to customize your itinerary. During the event, navigate to the "My Schedule" tab for easy access to your pre-selected sessions with the ability to launch a session.

Exhibitors and Program Partners

We encourage you to visit the Event Information & Supporters page to view the Symposium Program Partners and participating exhibitors. Here, you can connect with our exhibit partners via email for more information on their products and services.

Access to On-Demand Recordings

For sessions that have approved recording, you will also have access to the recordings after the Symposium. Recordings will be posted approximately three weeks after the Symposium concludes. You will receive an email or you can log back into DigitellInc.com, locate the event under My Account and select the On Demand page.

System Checker

Before attending the Symposium virtually or in-person, first click on the System Checker tab on the event page. This will ensure your system is compatible with the live broadcasting platform.
