Zhijie Wu is a scientist at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He received a B.S. in chemistry and B.A. in mathematics from the University of Rochester. He completed his doctoral degree in chemical biology under the supervision of Professor Ying Ge at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he developed analytical techniques and software tools for intact protein characterization and quantification. At Regeneron, he currently focuses on developing LC-MS and CE-MS based analytical methods to support development of monoclonal and bispecific antibodies, as well as other emerging biotherapeutic modalities such as adeno-associated viruses.
