Yishi Liu

Yishi is a Principal Scientist in the PTDA Bioassay US group at Genentech, specializing in the development, qualification, and validation of phase-appropriate bioassays for the CMC Control System, supporting large molecule clinical candidates. With extensive experience, she serves as the Subject Matter Expert in potency assays for multiple bispecific antibodies, addressing needs across various clinical stages from pre-IND to commercial. She earned her Ph.D. in Biology from Texas A&M University and completed postdoctoral training at UCSF.
