Yideng Liang

Yideng Liang is a Biologist in the Office of Therapeutic Products in the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) at FDA. She received a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Nagoya University, Japan. Prior to joining FDA, she worked as a postdoctoral research fellow and a junior faculty at Johns Hopkins University. At FDA, she conducted Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) review and bioanalytical method review for recombinant and plasma-derived proteins for over 10 years. She also participated in international collaborative studies to establish WHO Reference Reagent and International Standards for blood clotting factors. In addition, she performs research and focuses on drug development, biomarkers and diagnostics in hemostasis and thrombosis.
