Xiaoping He is a Principal Scientist with Analytical Research and Development, a Biotherapeutics Pharmaceutical Science Division of Pfizer Inc. Xiaoping joined Pfizer in 2003 and became one of the pioneers in the development and application of imaged capillary electrophoresis (iCE/icIEF and icIEF-MS) as a key analysis technology in the Pharmaceutical industry. She enjoys working with icIEF methodology for the determination and characterization of charge heterogeneity for mAbs and other Biotherapeutic modalities.
