Victoria Swiss

Dr. Victoria Swiss is an Associate Director in Biologics Development at Bristol Myers Squibb. In this role, she leads a team responsible for delivering phase-appropriate bioassays for lot release, stability, and biological characterization. Prior to joining Bristol Myers Squibb, Dr. Swiss spent three years at Janssen, where she developed novel analytical methods for a diabetes cell therapy. She earned her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Rutgers University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Mount Sinai University. Victoria's key areas of interest include the development of innovative analytical techniques to ensure the quality of life-saving products.
