Vahid Golghalyani

Vahid Golghalyani is a Senior Analytical Scientist at Lonza in Visp (Switzerland). He leads the mass spectrometry unit in the newly founded IBEX project. He started this position beginning 2020 after being two years employed as a Scientist in the characterization group (BioPharmaceutical Development) at AstraZeneca (legacy: MedImmune). This was his first position in industry after finishing his PhD in the Karas lab in Frankfurt (Germany), that he started after his pharmacy study. Throughout his career he implemented automated solutions to analyze data, preferably with KNIME and Python.
