Tawnya Flick

Tawnya Flick is a Sr. Director in Pivotal and Commercial Analytical Development at Gilead Sciences. For over 15 years, Tawnya has collaborated with cross-functional CMC teams to develop Biologics therapeutics through commercialization, as well as managed several post-approval changes. She has extensive expertise in developing reference standard, specification, product characterization, analytical method validation / transfer, and comparability strategies. Prior to Gilead, Tawnya worked at Amgen for over 10 years leading a Pivotal Analytical Development group supporting a cross-modality portfolio. Tawnya also sits on the IQ Biologics leadership group and is active in the mass spectrometry community with over 40 external publications.
