Stuart Beattie

Stuart is a Biologics & ATMPs Regulatory CMC Early Development Lead at Biogen, based in the UK. Stuart has 30 years’ experience working with Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products across both academia and industry, with extensive experience researching and developing recombinant gene transfer vectors based on adeno-associated virus (AAV). Stuart has contributed to initiatives across trade association initiatives, spanning multiple regions, from CMC regulatory development through to advocacy for simplification of requirements for ATMPs that contain or consist of genetically modified organisms.
