Shilpa Suravajhala

Hi, I’m Shilpa Suravajhala, an Associate Director in ASAT and the Analytical Product Lead for Casgevy, where I support Analytical CMC Strategy. I began my career in small molecules in 2010 and transitioned into the cell and gene therapy space in 2018. Over the course of my career, I spent approximately 13 years in analytical development before moving into CMC strategy. In that role, I built experience in comparability, specifications, stability strategies, and global regulatory submissions.
