Seyma Bayrak

Seyma Bayrak leads the Global Quality Analytics and Innovation team within the Global Quality Organization at Amgen Operations, where she focuses on harnessing artificial intelligence and advanced data analytics to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions across the organization. Seyma began her journey at Amgen in 2014 after earning her PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Over the years, she advanced through a series of roles, driving digital and science initiatives in Process Development, Global Quality and Operations.
