Rebecca Wiesner studied Pharmacy from 2011 to 2015 at the Technischen Universität Braunschweig. For her practical education she worked six months in the research and development unit at Berlin Chemie AG. Afterwards she gained experiences in a pharmacy in Berlin for one and a half years. Since October 2017 she is a fellow of the doctoral program "Gendered Configurations of Human and Machines". Her thesis deals with "The evolution of automation in pharmaceutical analysis from the perspective of gender studies" and is supervised by Prof. Hermann Wätzig.
