Ravi Alla is Senior Bioinformatics Lead for the Individualized Therapies CMC group at Genentech. He leads a team that enables production readiness of bioinformatics pipelines to support neoantigen therapies. Prior to Genentech, he was at a genomics company called Personalis where he developed NGS based computation pipelines to discover mutations and neoantigens in cancers. He received his PhD from the Department of Oncological Sciences at University of Utah and has extensive experience in chromatin biology, cancer immunology and associated bioinformatics applications.
