Philip Widdowson PhD

Dr. Philip Widdowson obtained his Ph.D in Protein Biochemistry from the University of Liverpool, School of Structural Biology, in 2010. He has over 10 years’ experience working in the Biopharma industry within the UK, performing physicochemical characterization of a range of biological molecules using LC-MS, primarily focused on glycan analysis. Phil has also spent time as a Pharma and Biopharma Application Scientist at Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Phil is currently a Product Specialist at Genovis, based in the UK, and supports Biopharma and academic scientists in the implementation of sample preparation strategies and workflows to facilitate protein characterization of complex molecules
