Pablo Rolandi

Pablo Rolandi heads the Transformative Digital Capabilities (TDC) function in Process Development. The team seeks to empower Process Development staff to harness their transformative potential through the rapid convergence in chemistry, biology, engineering, and computing, powered by innovative digital capabilities. Pablo’s expertise spans business agility and digital acceleration imperatives, including digitalization/virtualization through digital twins and AI, and as well as leadership, management, the convergence of disciplines, and an agile workforce. Before joining Amgen in 2016, Pablo held various technical and management positions at PSE Ltd (London, UK), now Siemens. Pablo obtained his Ph.D. at the University of Sydney (Australia) and a B.Eng. degree from Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata (Argentina), both in Chemical Engineering. He also holds a MSc in Digital Biology from the University of Manchester (UK).
