Oliver Grosche

Dr. Oliver Grosche has started his career in 2001 as analytical expert in Pharmaceutical development and worked in various roles in human and animal health companies, often directly or indirectly associated with analytical development or QC activities. Throughout his career, Oliver was exposed to the full analytical lifecycle of analytical procedures. After being involved in the worldwide registration of two innovative drug substances, he moved 2006 to Japan for an international assignment where he learned about the differences in analytical registration requirements amongst the ICH regions. After returning to Switzerland, he created the community of practice for analytical chemistry and was involved in the regulatory and pharmacopoeial intelligence activities in his company. In 2009, Oliver joined the analytical QbD expert team of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (Efpia), which he is leading by today. In 2018, he became member of the newly created ICH Q2/Q14 expert working group as Efpia industry representative.
