Mitch Martini

Mitch Martini is an Associate Director, AOC Process Development and Manufacturing at Avidity Biosciences. He joined the Technology Development group at Avidity in 2023 and serves as a specialist in process development and manufacturing of oligonucleotide-linkers for Antibody-Oligonucleotide Conjugates (AOCs). Previously, Mitch spent 10 years at Sarepta Therapeutics in process development and manufacturing of phosphorodiamidate morpholino oligomers (PMOs) and peptide-PMO conjugates (PPMOs). While at Sarepta, he contributed to the commercialization of three PMO products as a PMO platform SME, and he led an internal process development and pilot production team to advance PPMOs into the clinic.
