Mike joined GlaxoSmithKline in 2008 as an analytical separations scientist in R&D. Over the course of his career, Mike has held numerous analytical roles at GSK supporting the development and registration of biotherapeutics including development of novel analytical platforms, leading analytical control strategy, product characterization, and dossier authorship for several marketing applications. He is currently an Analytical Science and Technology Leader supporting the commercial lifecycle of biopharmaceutical products. In additional to analytical science, Mike is passionate about career development, coaching and mentoring, equality, and delivering life-changing medicines to patients.
