Marissa Roush

Marissa Roush is an Associate Director of MSAT and External Manufacturing at Mammoth Biosciences leading scale up and clinical batch execution as well as contributing to CMC strategy for gene therapy programs. Marissa has 16 years of industry experience including eight years in biologics followed by eight years in cell and gene therapies. In her career, she has had a strong focus in technology transfer, process characterization, process validation, and commercialization and has led PPQ strategies and execution for multiple lentiviral vector programs for autologous cell therapy programs.
