Dr. Linda Yi is a Sr. Scientist in Protein Analytical Development department of Biogen. She has developed her expertise in recombinant therapeutic protein characterization by liquid chromatography, as well as LC-MS or LC-MS/MS over the last 14 years. She has participated drug development for monoclonal antibodies, bi-specific antibodies, fusion proteins, enzymes, protein vaccines, and biosimilars for preclinical and clinical programs. She also developed expertise in managing analytical aspect of clinical programs from preclinical to BLA.
