As Senior Director of Quality Assurance at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc., Lauren delivers strategic leadership across global Quality Operations, ensuring compliance with GxP and non-GxP standards while fostering collaboration across production and development. Her expertise encompasses quality systems implementation, regulatory agency interactions, and oversight of global investigations and risk assessments. Lauren’s career at Regeneron spans a remarkable progression through roles in process sciences, manufacturing support, and quality assurance. She has been instrumental in improving efficiency and compliance, leveraging her deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, project management, and advanced analytical techniques. Prior to Regeneron, Lauren honed her skills as a Research Scientist, optimizing chemical development processes for small molecule APIs and excipient material research and development. Lauren holds a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from the University of Albany and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from SUNY New Paltz.
