Kelly Kral

Kelly Kral is Vice President of CMC at Genetix Biotherapeutics (formerly bluebird bio), where she leads the regulatory CMC and CMC PM teams focused on development and lifecycle management of advanced gene and cell therapy products. In this role, she is responsible for aligning CMC strategy, regulatory execution, and operational excellence to support late-stage development, licensure, and post-approval change management for complex viral vector–based cellular therapies. Her previous roles in the company included CMC leadership and viral vector process development. Previously, Kelly worked at Percivia in upstream process development and at Genzyme. She holds degrees from Clarkson and MIT.
