Justin Sperry is a Senior Director of a Project Progression Group within Pfizer’s Analytical Research and Development department in Chesterfield, MO. His team develops separation-based methods for bioprocess characterization and formulation support activities within the biotherapeutics portfolio. For the last 12 years, Justin has developed analytical strategies to characterize monoclonal antibodies, bi-/tri-specifics, bioconjugates and vaccines across all phases of development. In addition, he has led technology implementation initiatives focused on mass spectrometry and biopharmaceutical attribute understanding.
Justin received his BS degree in Chemistry from Miami University (Oxford, OH). He then worked for Givaudan, a former division of Roche, for four years as a Research Scientist in the Natural Products Structure Elucidation Group. He completed a PhD degree in Analytical Chemistry at Washington University in St. Louis and is currently enrolled in a Masters of Science in Law program at Northwestern University focused on intellectual property, business development and regulatory science.
