Julien Camperi

Dr. Julien Camperi is a Principal Scientist in the Cell Therapy Engineering and Development department at Genentech. He received his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Analytical Chemistry in 2018 from Paris Sciences et Lettres University, France. He is currently part of the Materials Attribute Science group and serves as the Analytical Science and Technology Lead for starting materials, where he defines and oversees analytical strategies supporting material development, lifecycle management, and comparability assessments across multiple cell therapy programs. Dr. Camperi also serves as an Expert Panel Member on Best Practices for mRNA Vaccines and has authored more than 35 peer-reviewed publications.
