Jörg Ehrit

Jörg received a PhD in biochemistry from the University of Hannover, Germany, where he investigated bacterial and human polysialyltransferases as well as viral polysialyldepolymerases using biochemical and physicochemical techniques. He joined NBE Analytical R&D of AbbVie Deutschland GmbH & Co KG in Ludwigshafen, Germany in 2017. In his current role as a senior scientist he focuses on the analysis of excipients and surfactants in biopharmaceuticals. He develops methods, evaluates new technologies and serves as subject matter expert for surfactants.
