Jon DeGnore

MOBILion Systems

Jon brings over 20 years of experience in proteomic instrumentation and applications. He has held hands-on positions in all stages of drug development, from discovery to manufacturing. He obtained his PhD in analytical chemistry, with a focus on mass spectrometric instrument development. A post doc at NIH followed. His industry experience includes mass spectrometric instrument development at Applied Biosystems, directing a proteomics core at Tufts University School of Medicine, establishing a mass spectrometry core in Pfizer’s Immunology division, applying mass spectrometry to tissue diagnostics at Roche, a key member of the Mechanistic Biology and Profiling division of AstraZeneca, developing cancer vaccines at Agenus, and most recently, leading the Analytical Development division of a CRO/CDMO. As MOBILion’s Director of Biopharma Technical Solutions, Jon is accountable for driving the Biopharma strategy, establishing and maintaining relationships with key KOLs, developing workflows to meet current and future customer’s needs, designing proof of concept data sets, and being integral to MOBILion’s product development.
